Character:

As a finish for treatment of polyester fibers, fabrics and nonwovens, it can provide a hydrophilic, soil release and anti-static effect which is durable to repeat laundry cycles. The hydrophilic effect enables the production of stable fiber dispersions in water and promotes rapid water transport through treated fabrics.

Application:

It can be applied from any dilution rate in water up to about 20%,depending on the method and equipment used.

● Moisture adsorption and quick drying finishing: 20-30% content, the dosage is 10-20g/l

● Antistatic finishing: 15-20% content, the dosage is 10-30g/l

● Hydrophilic finishing: 8-15% content, the dosage is 20-40g/l

● Dyeing under high temperature and pressure in dipping process: 15-20% content, the dosage is 2-4% (by weight of fabrics) at 40℃of dye bath,then add other auxilaries and increase temperature to 120-130℃.
